Our products are heat sensitive and will melt at high temperature. This item is packaging for the whole shipment. This item includes thermal wrap with ice pack for warm climates and/or high heat days. This item should be added when risk of melting may occur. Chocolate will start to melt in the low to mid 80's. Please advise, the ice pack will only last 24hrs. Shipping in extreme heat is not advised, as many carriers do not keep packages in airconditioned trucks and travel all day to destination.
