Donation Requests

At Bedford Candies and Rita’s, we're deeply committed to supporting the communities we serve. We take pride in partnering with local organizations to help them achieve their fundraising goals. Annually, we extend our support to numerous groups, contributing over $200,000 in fundraising profits and providing donations and sponsorships exceeding $10,000. With Rita’s now part of our family, we're excited to expand our community outreach even further.

While we receive a high volume of charitable requests daily, we strive to accommodate as many as possible. To streamline the process and ensure fairness, we have established some guidelines for donation requests:

  • Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event through our website form HERE.
  • Donations are standardized to either a $30 gift basket, or 2 $15 gift cards. (special exceptions, are possible, but limited and not guaranteed)
  • Please ensure your request is on official organization letterhead or accompanied by an official event flyer.
  • Include essential details such as the event date, purpose, and contact information of the requester.
  • We accept one request per charitable organization annually.
  • Priority is given to organizations that have previously collaborated with Bedford Candies or Rita’s.

We review donation requests monthly and will notify qualifying applicants promptly. If we're unable to contribute to your current event, we hope you'll consider us for future endeavors.
