Location: Pleasant Valley Shopping Center – Altoona, PA
Bedford Candies and Rita’s Italian Ice are expanding our Altoona team! We are seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join us in delivering delicious treats and excellent service.
Positions Available:
- Store Manager: Lead daily retail operations, drive store sales, manage inventory, schedule team members, and ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Assistant Store Manager: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, help identify customer needs, train staff, maintain inventory, and resolve customer issues to drive profitability.
- Shift Leads: Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, guide team members, manage cash handling, and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked retail environment.
- Treat Team Members (Sales / Cashier / Service): Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge across chocolates and Rita's Italian Ice, keep visual displays stocked, and process sales transactions.

Bedford Retail & Barista Opportunities
Location: Downtown Bedford, PA
Join the team at Bedford Candies and Rita’s Italian Ice, featuring our exciting new addition, AJ's Coffee! We are looking for energetic team members passionate about great customer service and handcrafted treats.
Positions Available:
- Treat Team Members & Baristas: Craft specialty espresso beverages, cold brews, and seasonal drinks at AJ's Coffee while serving up our signature handcrafted chocolates and Rita's Italian Ice. Responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining product displays, and keeping the shop sparkling clean. (Barista/coffee experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train!)

Osterburg Warehouse & Manufacturing Crew
Location: Osterburg, PA
Our production hub is looking for reliable team members to support the handcrafted production and fulfillment of our famous chocolates and gourmet popcorn!
Positions Available:
- Warehouse, Production & Order Fulfillment Crew: Assist with the batch production, packaging, assembly, and order fulfillment of gourmet popcorn and chocolates. Responsibilities include picking/packing online e-commerce orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining strict adherence to FDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety standards.
