Bedford Candies Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of Bedford Candies Milk Chocolate Wafers
- Whipped cream, marshmallows, caramel syrup, hot fudge, peppermint chips, Oreo cookies (optional toppings)
Instructions:
- Stir together heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla, and Bedford Candies Milk Chocolate wafers in a 5-quart crock pot. (For a large batch, use a 6-7 quart slow cooker).
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot. If needed, turn to high temporarily to melt the chocolate.
- Switch the slow cooker to warm once the chocolate is fully melted. Stir before serving.
- Top it off with your choice of toppings such us whipped cream, marshmallows, caramel syrup etc.
