Bedford Candies

I ordered Bedford Candies to use in my chocolate favor bar at my wedding a few weeks ago. The experience was spectacular from start to finish. I spoke directly with the owner, Steve, several times in the months before the wedding concerning which types of candy would give my guests a good variety, which kinds would travel well, etc.

Steve was so helpful and kind- and truly did know everything about chocolate! What really impressed me was when HE called ME a few weeks before just to let me know everything was on schedule and when I could expect the candies to arrive. He was the ONLY wedding vendor to do this- I had to make several calls to everyone else I was working with to track THEM down. With Bedford Candies, their friendly and attentive service made me feel like I was truly a valued customer- hard to find in this day and age!

When the chocolates came, my family and I couldn't help ourselves- we kept sneaking chocolates here and there up til the wedding because they were so good! Good thing we got them when we did because the chocolates were GONE at the end of the night. I received more compliments from guests on the chocolates than on the filet we served at dinner!

I have been hooked on buttercreams since I lived in Bedford almost 10 years ago. Bedford Candies was the first place that I had ever tried them and in all my travels I still have not found their equal.

I had my first taste of Bedford Candies when I received an assortment for my birthday a few years ago. The box was empty within the first day and I was hooked. The coconut clusters are by far my favorite and every once in a while I treat myself to a box. Nothing beats a chocolate delivery right to your door! After sharing some with a girlfriend of mine, she has decided to use Bedford Candies to stock her chocolate bar at her upcoming November wedding. I think Bedford Candies will have a quite a few new customers after that!

Bedford Candies has the best selection of delicious, hand-made chocolates - everything in the store is fantastic! If you get a chance to visit, try a hand-dipped chocolate-covered strawberry, melty pretzel or turtle! It’s so hard to leave the store without wanting to try and buy everything! It is definitely worth checking out - the candy is high-quality, the prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding!

My son and I visited the store when we were touring the area and fell in love with the dark chocolate covered blueberries and golden raspberries. You can't find these sorts of unique chocolates just anywhere. In fact, the service also was remarkable--at our request, the owner immediately went in the back and dipped some fruit in the chocolate as we waited. I will definitely order some of the candy for Christmas gift giving to some of my more "discriminating" friends, who will relish the delicacies as we have!
